Return Policy

You may request a return or replacement within 15 days of delivery.

Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in original packaging.

Returns will not be accepted if:

The product is opened, used, or tampered with.

The packaging is damaged or missing.

Fraudulent or false return claims are raised.

Refund Policy

Once we receive the returned product and complete inspection, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method for online orders.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued to the bank account/UPI details you provide at the time of return request.

The ₹50 advance COD confirmation charge is non-refundable in case of cancellations or return requests.

Replacement Policy

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, we will provide a free replacement of the same item.

You must raise the replacement request within 48 hours of delivery by contacting our support team with photos/videos as proof.
